Return and Refund Policy At present we don't have a Return policy. However, if you receive defective / mutilaged /damaged product, we offer replacement, if you send us the condition of the product with enough evidences and after verifying the facts with our transport agents. Refunds of payments will be processed within 7-15 working days from the date of finalising the claim or process. Terms and Conditions For payments made through electronic means like the debit card, credit card, net banking, etc. refund shall be made in the same payment mode. We shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. In the case of nationalized banks, a delay can be expected for the refund to be visible in the account. We cannot offer a refund when the mobile number is not reachable/ switched off or buyer’s unavailability or wrong address or item status is in transit or shipped. Refund request for part-order will also be done, after consulting / confirming with you.
